[R-SIG-Mac] Warning Messages After Installing Mc OS X version

Dear Sir/Ma'am,
Would like to seek assistance regarding the warning messages i got after starting the program. I have the mac OS X version installed. I have searched in the FAQ but cannot find about this error.

Appreciate if you can instruct me how to fix these error.
