[R-SIG-Mac] tcltk does not automatically launch XQuartz - Solved

Thanks for the hint Peter, it helps me to solve the problem. 
Among the several proposals the following fixed my problem. From the terminal:

> launchctl load -w /Library/LaunchAgents/org.macosforge.xquartz.startx.plist

then logged out, and back in, and that fixed my problem
