[R-SIG-Mac] Using the Aqua Tcl/Tk theme by default on Mac OS

Dear Simon,

As you know, I have an interest in Tcl/Tk as developer of the Rcmdr package.
It would be nice if use of R Tcl/Tk applications could be made as convenient
and aesthetically pleasing for Mac users as for Windows users.
