[R-SIG-Mac] JGR crashes on Snow Leopard

Hi,

I followed the instructions at http://jgr.markushelbig.org/JGR_%26_Snow_Leopard.html

R runs:

R version 2.9.2 Patched (2009-09-24 r50178)
x86_64-apple-darwin9.8.0

locale:
en_US.UTF-8/en_US.UTF-8/C/C/en_US.UTF-8/en_US.UTF-8

attached base packages:
[1] stats     graphics  grDevices utils     datasets  methods   base

loaded via a namespace (and not attached):
[1] rattle_2.4.90

However, if I try to run JGR, the splash window appears, then the  
console appears, and then it crashes.
