[R-SIG-Mac] installing Rscript in /usr/bin?

Hi,

I've just installed R-2.7.0 on my mac, and all works well.  Would it
be worth adding a symlink to Rscript in /usr/bin, as is done
for R?  This would make the !# statements at the start of standalone
scripts nice and short (`/usr/bin/env Rscript' does not find
Rscript.)
