[R-SIG-Mac] Installing R-devel from http://r.research.att.com/

Seth,

there is a problem with the automatic packaging process, so for now  
you can install R-devel from the tar-ball via
curl http://r.research.att.com/R-devel-tiger-universal.tar.gz | sudo  
tar fxz - -C /

The dmg should be of roughly the same size as the tar-ball. I'm  
looking into it and keep you updated.
