[R-SIG-Mac] x-code 2.2

I just now build 860 packages with gcc-4.0.1 and
did not have any problems.

You may have a problem if your MySQL is made for
Panther and your RMySQL is Tiger.

Xcode-2.2 comes with gcc Apple build 5247. I use
Apple build 5305 from CVS (now SVN) on 10.4.4
