[R-SIG-Mac] Invisible cursor in R 2.1

First, great job on the R 2.1 update.  However, I have a minor 
annoyance I'd like to bring up.

I like to set my background color to black in the application and the 
text to a light color.  Unfortunately, the cursor marking the insertion 
point stays black and I can't see it on the dark background.  I don't 
remember this happening in the previous version of the R GUI.
