[R-SIG-Mac] Reporting a bug in Mac GUI

To follow up on the topic - it seems the problem appeared on slower  
machines with builds before 1564. The current nightly build (1574,  
see http://www.rosuda.org/R/nightly/ ) is reported to not feature  
that problem.
