[R-SIG-Mac] SVN GUI + R-Devel a no go?

It seems that something, perhaps the migration of devices to grDevices, 
has broken the OS X GUI. In particular,  ptr_getQuartzParameters is no 
longer being defined (I wouldn't be surprised if nothing in aqua.c is 
being included since HAVE_AQUA doesn't appear to be set anywhere 
despite --enable-aqua in the configure args). Clean builds of both.
