[R-SIG-Mac] R.app crash report (very minor)

Hello.

I just compiled R 2.1.0 on OS X.

I start R, which seems ok, and then:

 > update.packages()
--- Please select a CRAN mirror for use in this session ---
Error in inherits(x, "factor") : Object "res" not found

This error is new to me.  I have compiled R on a number of OS X 
machines in the past and have not seen it.

I'm sure that this is easily fixed on my end so I am not asking for 
help.  Rather, given that this did not happen in previous Rs, perhaps 
there is a bug somewhere.
