[R-SIG-Mac] help window activity/use

Hi - great job on the new interface.  Very nice.  One minor quibbles  
with the help windows.

First, when i spawn a new help window (e.g. ?lm), the window is not  
active - it will not respond to the page up and down keys or arrows....  
instead the cursor location defaults to the search box, which can be  
nice, but this also prevents scrolling through the pages immediately  
(like getting to the syntax and examples....). I now realise a single  
hit of the tab key activates the window, but perhaps the other way  
around is more logical?
