[R-SIG-Mac] R-2.0.0 patched and batteries included

The 10-10-04 version updates R to R-patched, Emacs and Tcl/Tk to the  
current CVS versions,
and ESS to 5.2.3. It gives a resource fork to /usr/local/bin/emacs so  
it can be opened from the terminal,
it includes dylibs for jpeg and png, and updates various CRAN packages.  
Since I switched to a
g77 which does not use shared libraries many packages stopped working,  
so I included
libg2c.dylib again (but eventually I will recompile everything without  
it).
