[R-SIG-Mac] Installing Bioconductor 1.5 on R 2.0 for OS X

i have an extra (unused) OSX machine under my desk at school, if its not 
too hard to rig up automated binary builds....

are these getting done on other platforms, such that i could just gank the 
scripts and do the builds?
