[R-SIG-Mac] R-devel on gifi

The 11/10/03 version updates R-devel and Emacs to the latest CVS  
versions, makes /usr/local/bin/emacs the X11 version, updates all CRAN  
packages, and includes tcltk packages for both X11 and Aqua. I have  
also include Xemacs (the X11 version for Darwin), MacPython (which  
requires the Python 2.3 that comes with Panther, and adds several  
IDE's, as well as PyObjc, Rpy and a bunch of other packages), and  
wxPythonOSX (which also requires Apple's Python, as well as MacPython).
