[R-SIG-Mac] Bioconductor - reposTools errors

Thanks Jan for the quick response! The library seemed to load okay,  
however I got a couple of warnings:

Warning messages:
1: NAs introduced by coercion
2: Incorrect permissions to edit package database,  
/usr/local/lib/R/library/liblisting.Rda in: save.locLib(locLibDf,  
lib[i])

Should I be concerned about them?
