[R-SIG-Mac]Problem of installing RXLisp

Well, RXLisp.tar.gz is a binary package, which you do not
have to INSTALL. I am quite sure that is not the problem,
however. The problem is probably that R-1.5.1.pkg.tar.gz
is not a recent Jaguar build, try the more recent builds of
R-1.6.0beta or R-1.5.1.
