[R-SIG-Mac]REventLoop

The REventLoop package works well on OS X, it seems, both with Gtk and
Tk. If I understand things correctly (1) it is not supposed to work  
with the
Carbon event loop yet, and (2) if I did then the quartz() graphics  
device
could be brought to the front even if R is started from the terminal,  
and (3)
I could use AquaTk instead of X11 tk.
