I tried the install but I am missing the new readline library, I then tried to update using fink, and all hell has broken loose since then, since the version of fink I have doesn't self-update.... and so on (let's not talk about it-) However Jan, If you could be so good as to deposit the readline dylibs in the dylibs repository, this might help me start working again and stop fooling with fink.
