[R-SIG-Mac]interrupt

I might have missed something in the documentation, but in Carbon on OS
8.6 command-. doesn't seem to work to interrupt a long computation, I have
to use command-option-escape to force quit then reboot the computer to
avoid future problems before re-launching R. Am I missing something, or is
interrupt on the "wish-list"?
