[R-SIG-Mac]dylib libz problem

I installed R-1.3.1.patch for X11/Darwin and tried to run R. I got the 
following message:

Welcome to Darwin!
[localhost:~] pc% R
dyld: /usr/local/lib/R/bin/R.bin version mismatch for library: 
/sw/lib/libz.1.dylib (compatibility version of user: 1.1.3 greater than 
library's version: 1.0.0)
Do I miss something?
