Dear Hana,

Thanks for the report. When I get get time during the next week I can fix 1. I
don't get the error in 3, but do get an error about fonts so perhaps that is
what is going on. I'll look into it. As for 2, can you email me an example (it
probably has something to do with the ggroup container and the expand argument,
but I'll have to investigate.
