[R-gui] rgtk2 on cran

I am pleased to announce that RGtk2 (version 2.8.5) is now on CRAN. 
Currently it is only the source package, but I am hoping that the CRAN 
maintainers will put the Windows version up there soon.

Also, unless any major issues arise, this is probably the last release 
of the 2.8.x series. Development has already progressed to the 
2.9.x/2.10.x series which will bind to the GTK/GDK/GdkPixbuf 2.10.x, ATK 
1.12.x, Pango 1.14.x, and cairo 1.2.x API's.
