[R-gui] easy to use beginner GUI

Hi Jeff,

The "beginner GUI" is John Fox's R Commander
(http://socserv.mcmaster.ca/jfox/Misc/Rcmdr). In addition, the R
Commander dialog boxes can be accessed within SciViews-R
(http://www.sciviews.org/SciViews-R/index.html).
