[R-gui] Directing R output to a text window

Dear Edo,

The development version of the Rcmdr package does what you propose -- see
http://socserv.socsci.mcmaster.ca/jfox/Misc/Rcmdr/index.html. 

At this point, most things work properly, but there are some bugs.
