[R-sig-Geo] Accurate spatial database for country administrative boundaries

You can also try rgeoboundaries.
It's a work in progress but I use it regularly and I'm just waiting for the
new release of version 4 of the geoBoundaries database to push it to CRAN
and fix some eventual errors.
