Second time you ask this question! Do you feel lucky now?

Perhaps nobody answers you because this list is about R coding and not statistical problems.

Did you try to get an overview of R task views at http://cran.r-project.org/web/views/ ? Especially the Environmetrics, Spatial, and SpatioTemporal views?

Why didn't you google for  "temporal spatial models"? There you will probably find some pages related to R-INLA. Or google for "temporal spatial models disease"!

Go to http://www.r-inla.org/home and have a look. There you can download R package, see case studies with R code, tutorials, etc.

Perhaps this is what you need: http://www.r-inla.org/examples/case-studies/blangiardo-et-al-2012 ?

I am quite sure this will keep you busy for a long time.
