[R-sig-Geo] SimpleITK from within R

Thanks for these links Agustin,

I've been wondering how difficult it would be to wrap ITK (and/or OTB)
for R using Rcpp - AFAIK these are C++ libraries and Rcpp is a really
helpful piece of code for that sort of tasks.
