[R-sig-Geo] Creating random (but believable) geographies

Hi all,

 I've bundled my fake region and river generators into a source tarball here:

http://www.maths.lancs.ac.uk/~rowlings/Software/Fakeplace/

 no Windows zip, but there's no C code in it so installation into
Windows isn't that difficult. I wont be building a windows zip until I
get it into R-forge. If someone else wants to import it into R-forge,
then great.
