[R-sig-Geo] Creating random (but believable) geographies

There's been a bit of interest in my code so I'll try and make an R
package out of it very soon.

Also I've discovered some slight modification can make
authentic-looking river networks - I've added a bit to my blog post to
show what they look like - scroll to bottom of:

That's what I did yesterday instead of packaging the existing code -
sorry, but I can't help tinkering!
