[R-sig-Geo] Directional variograms with 3D data

This is expected -- tol.vert is ignored because it should be tol.ver
(see docs).
The reason why you don't (can't!) get a warning is that it get absorbed
by the ... , which just passes on things not known (and hence accepts
anything).
