yes, as in:

library(gstat)
data(meuse)
coordinates(meuse)= c("x", "y")
v = variogram(log(zinc)~1,meuse)
plot(v, fit.variogram(v, vgm(1, "Hol", 200, 1)))

(you may need to update your gstat package to get sane results for it)
