Dear Hisaji,

Would Mondrian http://rosuda.org/Mondrian/ be of any use? The maptools
package contains a function for exporting SpatialPolygonsDataFrame objects
for (older) Mondrian, and will support the recent releases soon?

There is limited support for ESDA in the iplots package, if ESDA is taken
as dynamic linked graphics including a map view. Neither Mondrian nor
iplots permit linked Moran plots unless the spatially lagged variables
have been constructed first.

Best wishes,

Roger
