[R-sig-Geo] Size limit for krige.conv

Alexander,

package gstat has the option to krige in a local neighbourhood,
so you don't need to build (and invert!) a 10000x10000 = 800+ Mb
matrix. Look at the options maxdist or nmax in function krige.
