Dear all,
We’re excited to announce that our upcoming online course Conservation Genomics is nearly full – only a few seats remain available!
Dates and time: 21–24 July - Daily sessions from 14:00 to 19:00 (Berlin time)
Course website: [ https://www.physalia-courses.org/courses-workshops/course62/ ]( https://www.physalia-courses.org/courses-workshops/course62/ )
This hands-on course will guide participants through the use of population genomics tools to address key conservation challenges. You’ll learn to design studies, process genomic data, and run analyses on population structure, adaptation, inbreeding, and more using Linux and R.
In this course, attendees will learn about:
Study design and SNP filtering
Population structure and adaptation analysis
Inbreeding, relatedness, and effective population size estimation
Hands-on bioinformatics and data visualization in a conservation context
Best regards,
Carlo
