The R-sig-genetics mailing list is devoted to friendly, insightful, exciting discussions on genetic data analysis using the R software. Covered topics include: - population genetics - import/export of data amongst R packages, or between R packages and other software. - data handling - linkage disequilibrium - spatial genetics - multivariate methods - clustering methods - data simulation .. and many more. Posts to advertise relevant events, new package releases, enquiries about existing features, etc. are also welcome. Package-specific questions should be asked to dedicated forums when these exist. Posts about phylogeny and comparative methods should be sent to R-sig-phylo. Posting to this list is open to non-members, but messages will be held for moderation (spam prevention). To post a message to all the list members, send email to r-sig-genetics@r-project.org. You can subscribe to the list, or change your existing subscription, in the sections below.
Subscribing to R-sig-genetics
Subscribe to R-sig-genetics by filling out the following form. You will be sent email requesting confirmation, to prevent others from gratuitously subscribing you.
