[R-SIG-Finance] rbbg connection issue: failed to connect server

indeed you are right, thanks John.

in case helpful to others, bloomberg no longer provides an installer for
its java API, so I manually placed the unzipped file they do provide into a
directory.
The directory structure I used had a mistake - the one John provides works
perfectly.
