[R-SIG-Finance] Analyst (Intern) position - R user

We have a newly created analyst role using R.

You will be an experienced R user and thus familiar with its available 
libraries for analysing/modelling different data-types.

Familiarity with LaTeX, Subversion, Emacs or Eclipse an advantage.

Economic and finance knowledge helpful, but academic experience using R 
in other disciplines readily considered.

We emphasise this is an intern position (circa £30K) lasting 12 months. 
However there is potential to extend this position into a full-time 
quant-strategist role depending upon your performance and management's 
willingness to accept R as a commercially viable alternative to its 
competitors.
