[R-SIG-Finance] Latest version of R for blotter

I am getting an error that blotter is not available for R version
2.14.1patched and 2.14.0. 

Here is my command:
install.packages("blotter",repos="http://R-Forge.R-project.org") 

I get the following error:

Warning message:
In getDependencies(pkgs, dependencies, available, lib) :
  package 'blotter' is not available (for R version 2.14.0)
