[R-SIG-Finance] Installation Problem: package xxx is not available (for R version 2.13.2)"

I am having an installation problem for package Rsymphony.

The error massage is:

"....package 'Rsymphony' is not available (for R version 2.13.2)"

Can anybody point me a solution?
