[R-SIG-Finance] Installing RDCOMClient, Rbloomberg from source

  Try downloading the binary version of the package from omegahat and in 
Windows going to Packages > Install Packages From Local Zip Files

What version does the RDCOMClient file say (in the file name itself). 
The one on Omegahat at the link is:
RDCOMClient_0.92-0.zip
