[R-sig-Epi] Zero-inflated poisson regression models with sampling weights.

Dear All
I am using survey package in R for my design based analysis.
I want to do zero inflated analysis for my count data with many zero
values.
Please advice how can I run Zero inflated Poisson regression in "survey
package".
If survey package cant do this, is there any other package or software that
can do Zero Inflated Poisson regression for complex survey data?
Will be really thankful for reply.
