[R-sig-eco] Compare two indexes by bootstrap

Dear R users,

I am trying to compare two trophic indexes not available in R by using
boostrap. Although I have used R I am not very familiar by making this
procedure and have not used suitable examples as many of them compare
similar (diversity) indexes by using the functions included in vegan
package.

So I wanted to know if any of you knows a nice webiste which shows how to
do this "by hand"
