Hi it works this way for me,

Windows

sessionInfo() #R version 3.5.1 (2018-07-02)

> install.packages("FME")


package ‘rootSolve’ successfully unpacked and MD5 sums checked
package ‘FME’ successfully unpacked and MD5 sums checked

The downloaded binary packages are in
        C:\Users\whp\AppData\Local\Temp\RtmpKcmCpp\downloaded_packages
> library(FME)

I am having an issue installing the package on r-studio. I am having this error

package ‘http://download.r-forge.r-project.org/src/contrib/FME_1.3.5.tar.gz<http://download.r-forge.r-project.org/src/contrib/FME_1.3.5.tar.gz>’ is not available (for R version 3.5.0)

I would appreciate any help on this
