[R-sig-Debian] String Kernel for R 3.1.1

Thanks for your replay . Actually I tried but it is always the same error message !. May you help if in R 3.1.1 there is any library supports using the function
gapweightkernel() ## a simple gappy substring kernels !
or any other function works as well as this does !
