[R-sig-Debian] R 2.11 on Ubuntu 9.10 does not complain abt unexisting objects

May I ask where you took your R 2.11.0 that issues this message at launch? I don't think the packages we provide on CRAN should do this since they are stock Debian recompiled for Ubuntu.
