[R-sig-Debian] Is there interest in up to date r-base for powerpc?

Dear list readers,

my plan is to build the up to date R packages for PowerPC, so you can
add the cran mirror to sources.list and get the newest versions of R
like for i386 or amd64.
Is there interest in PowerPC Versions of R?
And is there more interest for Ubuntu or for Debian?
Please answer the mail and write down the preferred Linux distribution
(Debian or Ubuntu).
