As Tyler said, you can probably just mount it.  However, certain exotic
cases (maybe encryption of a very recent NTFS file system) might cause
trouble.  You can make a transfer partition on which you can share data
if that's the case.

I think NTFS write is supposed to work now, though maybe only write in
place.
