Ramon,

| Sure. What can I do? How do I do it? In case architecture matters, I can do
| and test these sorts of things for Intel Xeons, AMD Opterons (debian-pure64
| sid), and Intel Centrinos.

Try signing up at alioth.debian.org; you'll get a $USER-guest account as a
non-Debianer (e.g. rdiaz-guest) which we can add to the pkg-bioc project.
There is a bit of code which can already (auto-)build batches packages, but
much remains to be done. See if you can get hold of the Perl script and make
it work. Also see the pkg-bioc-devel list archives.

Welcome aboard!

Cheers, Dirk
