[R-sig-DCM] Welcome!

Welcome to the R-SIG-DCM list.  This is just a short message to say hi, 
and to test that the system is actually working.  (After having existed 
for about 24 hours and having less than a dozen members, already a 
possible problem has emerged.)

None of the list owners have had experience with Mailman management, so 
please bear with us if things seem a bit flakey.  I am keen to help if 
you do experience problems, so don't be shy in letting me know.
